PCL Next day UK delivery

PCL offers a next working day UK delivery service.

All in stock items are despatched from our factory in Sheffield. We endeavour to offer a next working day service for in stock items on for orders placed before 4:00pm, Monday to Friday.

On the rare occasion where items are out of stock an estimated lead time will be quoted after the order is placed and this is based on current lead times from our production team and suppliers.

Restrictions apply. Non-UK mainland, Northern Ireland and remote area deliveries including Scottish Highlands and Island locations are excluded from the Next Working Day Delivery service and additional delivery charges may apply.*

Free delivery is available on orders over £100. Other premium delivery services such as next working day before 10:30am is also available, subject to an additional cost.

Can I track my order? +

If you have selected UPS as your preferred delivery method, then once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email including your tracking number, this can be used on the UPS tracking tool. Unfortunately, we do not currently offer a Royal Mail tracking service.

Can I have my order delivered to a different address? +

Yes you can enter a new delivery address when you are placing your order.

What if I'm not in when my delivery arrives? +

If no-body is in, then the courier will leave a contact card with details of what actions will be taken.

I have not received my order, what should I do? +

If you have not received your order and the courier has not left a contact card, then please contact us with the order details and we will investigate further.

An item is missing from my delivery, what should I do? +

Firstly, check whether you have received all parcels on the consignment, this information will be on the delivery label. If you have received all of your parcels, please contact us with the order and product details and we will investigate further.
