How do I return an item?+
To return an item, you must obtain a returns number and returns form from us, simply contact us and we'll send you both - you can also download a returns form here. You'll need to complete the Returns Form and post it back to us with the goods, in their original unused and re-saleable condition - if they are not, we may be able to accept them - within 14 days of the date on which you informed us that you wished to cancel. We recommend that you use a recorded delivery service and keep proof of postage as your parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us and we cannot accept liability for goods that get lost or damaged in transit back to us.
If the goods are returned because they are faulty or mis-described, we will refund the goods, any applicable delivery charges, and any reasonable costs that you incur in returning the goods to us.

Yes if you have simply changed your mind, you can still return an item within 14 days of receiving the goods. As long as any goods are sent back to us are in their original unused and resalable condition, we will refund your purchase within 14 days of receiving your parcel or proof that the goods have been returned.

How long does it take to get a refund?+
We will refund your purchase within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof that the goods have been returned. whichever is earlier. Any goods returned to us must be in their original unused and re-saleable condition - if they are not, we may not be able to accept them. We may make a deduction from the refund for loss in value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you.
